If I was just concerned about speed Id go with a Rincon hands down but if u r gonna work on these farms id get a Rubicon. Rincon is great but with only 3 gears it doesnt seem ideal to "work" with. Rubicon has plenty of power, decent top speed, & the best transmission ever put in an ATV. Low for towing, D2 for flat ground & goin fast, D1 for everything else. Not to mention ESP or Automatic for each of the 3 modes. Like having 30 Forward gears. Not to mention the fact u cant feel the transmission shift at all. Ride one & you'll be sold. I could brag all day on the Foreman 450 too but u dont seem to be satisfied with it soo. Havent rode an AT yet but I love the other Ranchers also. All of them r great & 2-3 few mph isnt really going to matter that much. Just consider what u will use it for & the price of each.

My Rancher AT's top speed was 50 MPH, and that took a good stretch of road to get to. Tire PSI at 3.5 (per Honda specs). totally Love this bike, even though it is not that fast.
