i gotta friend who has a tr300 2x4 and a 1996 rm80 which is bored to 103cc, and is mostly stock other than the bore and everything in the engine is wiseco. for some reason he keeps saying i will beat him on my recon es and i think hes pullin my leg. ive ridden it and its b*tchin fast. what do u guyz think?

 

He is either pullin your leg or not very knowledgable about atv's and dirtbikes. In other words, he will own you...

My brothers kx 100 (with a 300 lb rider) is stock and ran neck and neck with my 400 Eiger (245 lb rider). When his 75 lb son rode it it had a little more excelleration and pulled away from me, but I wouldn't say he wallopped me. One of my friends has a Recon and it won't touch anything we take to the trails. Eiger2 out.
