Im wantin a 300ex bad. My dad things its way to sporty and fast and thinks ill get hurt. im wonderin how good this thing will handle on tough trails, mud, and places where you go huntin. He also is lookin for some mods to protect your feet from rocks. how cna you help. Anything excepted.

 

by my experience it is a great trail machine,the best i can think of.stock its not that fast but faster than alot not a mudder or a hunter cause of the clutch. you will love it. but most people will say go with the 400ex i wont though

One small thing I don't like. The pipes from sports.When I'm out in the woods with a 30-06 in my grips waiting for mr. deer...then some idiot decides to hot rod through the woods. Not saying any one here does it but there are a select few where I hunt that do it...grrrrr

 

pretty good for jumps because of adjustable suspension not good mudder beecause its a sport atv
