The Haynes manual goes to the 2002 Foreman 450ES. Since the 03 and 02 Foremans are identical, the information in the manual is fine for your 03 450ES.

 

I'd recommend the Honda manual for the best in-depth information. It costs about twice as much as the Haynes or Clymer, but covers more. I also noticed in my Clymer manual for the 400 that some of the numbers were wrong in the torque specs. They were the right numbers, but they had them in the wrong columns, as in the NM were where the ft-lb spec belonged.
