new trx250r cylinder

Around same price you currently pay for any of the big bore power valve cylinders. The company who manufactures these cylinders is the same company that has been supplying all the aftermarket companies their big bore cylinders for over 15 years except for Duncan. I talked to the guy who owns the company, they are out of South Coffeyville Oklahoma. I had no idea who they were and especially had no idea someone in my neighborhood had been making these cylinders for the big bore Honda's for all these years. I'd have a concern over the bottom end staying together with this thing though!!

OMG!!!! I'M IN HEAVEN!!!! As soon as it comes out, that is. All I can say is WOW! It is even going to have a power valve. I'm in awe. I really hope that this is a project that isn't abandoned because of lack of funds like so many. I'm sure they are being bombarded with emails already. I was wanting to make a Lone Star/KX500 quad just to be different, but I think I will go with this combo because it will have a counter balancer and be a bolt-on affair. I've always owned LT500Rs, but this should be a cool bike. Hey Brian, I'm with you. I had no idea that they were here in OK. I always figured they were in CA or somewhere out east. I can just see myself shredding Little Sahara to pieces now!

depends on stroke and bore size. Generally anything over the "370" kits generate a large amount of vibration. If you can keep your bore size under 79 you'll be in good shape
