I am new to the site and I wan't to know how i stop all the post replies from being sent to my e mail ? I cant see how to change it please help

I think i found it is it at the bottom of the spot where you post the message and if so how do I change it after the thread has been posted?

When you reply to a thread you have to make sure you uncheck the box at the bottom that reads: Subscribe to this thread.

Click on the "TODAY" menu button and then unsubscribe from the previous posts.
