I have a Rancher 4x4 and I have seen several sparks coming from the exhaust pipe on different occasions. Can someone give me a rundown on how to take apart the pipe and install a new arrestor? Is it possible that this problem is restricting some power? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, John

 

I dont think the spark arrestors completely stop all sparks. Not sure if it needs replacing or not. As far as how, I wouldnt know without the service manual.
