i want to put a 350x engine in my 250 and i want to know if it is worth it

A lot of people do this, and it seems to be well worth it. Another add on people like to do is throw a 400EX carb on it since it's bigger (36mm I think)

The 350X seems to be a great motor. My neighbor has this setup and he has a pipe too. I think it's about as fast as a stock 400EX, maybe a little faster...

 

ya i heard that 350x will bet a 400ex prolly if i put a cam and valve springs and a clutch kit and prolly will keep up with a z400

 

350x engine carb is 36mm stock

 

is it? Always though it was 34....so I guess the 400EX would be a 38mm then....
