dude..some people ride their quads in tight trails and get in binds from time to time where its nice to have it.i dont have reverse but i would like it.y would you get a less powerful, air cooled,anti-reverse quad when you can get the more powerful, liquid cooled, reversed quad for near the same price.was the same in the beginning

i have a 400ex and i wouldn't trade it for a Z400 if my life depended on it. i could care less bout reverse. its so easy to pull a quad backwards. don't even tell me your to weak to pull a under 400Ib quad back.

i like everything about my EX better than the Z. it handles better, suspension is set up for more agressive ridin, i luv the wayu 400ex's look, the honda is higher quality, i no i can beat the sh*t outta my 400ex and it won't let me down or leave me stranded. and the 400ex feels like it has a better balance point in a wheelie and has more bottom end push to get it up. and i noticed the Z400 was a lil more hesitant to get up and go untill revs get up. and liquid cooling can fail and fry a topend. JMO but i think the 400ex is one of the greatest accoplishments ever made in the ATV world.. the sad part is suzuki has 4 years to make a better quad and it jump barly gets by as being considered "better" than a 400ex.
