450R falling short?

Wow. Thats not gonna look too good for Honda if one of the two riders joins another team. I've read on another post that most of their problems could be solved if Honda would let Farr move the motor forward.

I think they did on his race bike. I have been told that he has also played with the rear shock mount, which is illegal for the Pro-class. You cannot alter the frame geometry or whatever. But he has gotten better as the season goes on. I watched Timmy debut that bike in public, he as a rider was very impressive, the bike was just ok. Seemed like a torque bike or at least that is how he rode it. You could tell the powerband was a lot different than the YFZ, their riders were revving them a lot more. BTW = Tim's bike died that day and they pushed it off the track

He has won 3 races, none in the GNC series where the big boys play.
Honda won the Baja 1000 with $$$ as they did last year with a utility. That race is about money not machine.

I heard Honda is the main thing holding Farr back. I think he's only allowed to use certain aftermarket parts and not what he and his mechanic want to use. If thats the case he should have negotiated that before they signed the deal. I was watching Sport ATV television last week and Farr snapped an axle. Does anyone know what kind of axle he runs on his quad?
