450R falling short?
#81
I love this thread, bad250r made some good points and then some YFZ guys made some dumb ones and then some TRX guys made some dumb ones and then...... I can say that Farr got the holeshot the last race I saw, that means that a TRX holeshotted the YFZ! Lets stop with some of the HONDA bashing and lets stop with some of the HONDA has nothing wrong. I would like to hear from someone that has the HRC, and a full exhuast. Is there such a person yet? Also, I would like to know if anyone knows of an extended swingarm yet!!?? Lets keep this post informative.

The Walsh conversion just puts R plastic on there, the motor is stock. How can you tell if the R is stock it was in too much of a roost cloud for me to do so. I wasn't trying to prove anything I just thought it was a funny picture and since I own a Cannondale it was an image I hope to see a lot in the future. No hard feelings.

Stock handlebars, headlight still in there, unshaved front fenders.. those three features just makes it seem like the dudes not a all out racer or he just got it, who knows.
No hard feelings taken, I always like seeing pics like that but the other way around..
EDIT: BTW, for anyone who cares, i mentioned in a different thread (cant find out now) that i couldnt figure out my rear suspension. It was always buckin me off, well come to find out it was mostly my fault. I had my compression turned all the soft for some reason, so i messed around with that yesterday and now its 100% better. It rides like a totally different machine, im happy now... lol

I have read a lot of the tech info mostly posted by Gabe and I don't think shock settings are the 100% solution to that problem. I would suggest looking into the Elka, Houser, or GT Thunder linkage - or if you want to go all out I would wait and see what Walsh brings to the table. The guy knows his stuff like no other.
