i took my new plug out and the end was completly black what does that mean

 

that means u fowled it

 

by fowling the plug will that make my 4wheeler bog out when i hit the gas it still started and everything just when i mashed it it wouldnt go anywhere

Yes. Dont gas it when your starting it up (that should help).

 

Sounds to me that you are running way to rich...You have something out of adjustment...Do you run with your air box lid off? if not put a new plug in and take it off.. then run the quad out and see if that helps if not your main is too big or your air/fuel is not adjusted right...

i took my carb. apart and there was some dirt in the jet would that have made it to rich or make my plug turn black
