I used to think Nerf bars were a waste of money unless you raced untill I dislocated my knee. when I had my banshee I had some peg extenders that I bought from James Lucky. I thought they were great because I could really push the back end around when I needed to. The knee accident was a freak thing but it was enough for me to decide I need nerf bars. DG has a great set that has extra wide pegs that extend slightly upward on the ends. In my opinion a true rider uses the pegs to steer with also. They cost a little more than most but are well worth the cash

It took me 30-40 minutes to install my nerfs (pro-pegs). First time installing nerfs and no directions. I guess its something with AC that they don't give you directions?????? I'm probably lucky that I got stickers!
