Alignment(Toe In/Out)
02 Rubicon with 26" Vampires pulls to the right. the front right tire is worn more than the front left. Anyone got any info on how and what to check and how to set the toe on this beast for proper alignment.
It's about time for new front tires but I want to get the alignment correct first

It is normal for it to be toed out some. You might need a manual to tell you the correct setting for a Rubi.
You can check it by placing a piece of tape in the middle front part of each front tire. Make a mark in the center of each tire on the tape. With the tape pointed forward, measure between the marks. Then roll the quad backwards so the tape facing the back of the quad. Then measure between the marks on the tape again. The toe out or toe in will be the difference in the two measurements.

The toe out for a Foreman 450 is 35mm, +/- 15mm of toe out or 1 3/8", +/- 9/16" of toe out. I'm not sure if it would be the same for a Rubi.
If you need to adjust the toe out. Hold each tie-rod with a wrench on the flat spot and loosen the locknuts. Turn the tie-rods an equal amount and then tighten.
