any fast 450r's going to be at sand mt nevada this weekend? What about other bikes?

 

almost all the big boys from all over will be there. probably mostly big 2 strokes though.

 

i live in fallon and have a 03 rincon and have never ridden at sand mountain. whats the big deal? so there is a huge pile of sand which by the way legend says was on the other side of the highway manny moons ago. so now you get to ride in a couple of mile square area wouldnt you rather ride the trails that go for miles and miles all around sand mountain? i just dont get it. also if you havent been here in a while they charge at sand mountain now its like 20 a weekend or 50 for a year pass, good luck

 

its a big deal because it has a nice steep hill to drag up. Why such the negative attitude?

 

i like glamis..........miles and miles of sand dunes makes me happy in pants. id love to see all the machinery at sand mtn though.

 

anyone know the gas prices in fallon? Trying to figure out if i should buy gas here or there.

 

gas here in fallon is about 233 a gallon for reg right now. it is cheaper in reno if you are coming that way.

the weather here in fallon is warm 70-80 but very windy! if you havent spent much time here then let me tell you it gets windy here every day about 4pm. havent heard of any rain but nevada weather changes so often its hard to predict. there will be tons of people at the mountain should be a good weekend. hope you have fun.
