It sounds like your Pilot (slow)(42) is clogged,,,and not letting any fuel thru
The hole is tiny,,,and can get gummed up easy if the bike is stored outside for any period of time.
you can try removing and inspecting your Pilot Jet (42).....blow some air thru it and be sure it isnt clogged (hold it up to a light to see if you can see thru it fine).

Also check your boot that you mount your carb to. There must be a perfect seal from the boot to the head,,,and also the boot to the carb.
Any unmetered air that is leaking in will cause a drop in vacuum,,,and possibly not even suck the fuel thru the Pilot Jet.

Thanks a lot guys, i'll give that stuff a try...
if it doesnt work i guess ill have to let someone else fix it for once, it kinda makes me sad lol.
I ordered the pilot and main jets and they should be here by friday, so by monday i will have the things installed and then ill get back to you all and tell you what was wrong, and what was done to fix it, if i figure anythign out by then ill post it
