I am going to by a rancher 4x4 es or just the two wheel drive es in the next week hopefully i can pick it up friday so what are you paying for these out the door

Any deal below the MSRP is a good one. The dealers aren't willing to make very good deals since Ranchers are selling so well. Good Luck
