Honda Rancher AT 400 speed

RedRancher,
My Toyota Tacoma is the extended cab - the tail gate doesn't close all the way. I think it would close on a regular cab. Not sure if there is a difference in length of the 350 and the rancher AT or not.
Thanks for the tip on the exhaust - when you mean less restrictive - does that mean louder and not spark resistant?
Thanks,
Don

beavdha,
Unfortunately, with most aftermarket exhausts tuned for increased power you will also get increased noise. The Pro Circuit: T-4 slip-on exhaust does include a spark arrestor. Here's a link to an article on a Rancher upgrade project: Upgrade they Upgrade to a Pro Circuit Slip-On Muffler and here is what they said "Installing this slip-on muffler is as simple as the name suggests. Everything bolted together within minutes without any difficulty. This mod yielded excellent performance results considering the tiny amount of effort and modest pain in the pocketbook. If you have the ability or the budget to make only one improvement to get more out of your Rancher, this ought to be the one."

Beavdha, Red Rancher,
As far as I know a 350 Rancher and a 400 AT are the same size. And it won't matter if you get a regular cab or extended cab Tacoma, the bed length is the same size. You may want to get a bed extender for your truck.
