What does everyone think of the CT full midrange 440 kit and the CT full race 440 kit.And what are the engine improvements,power,etc etc.Thanks

I plan on buying their midrange 440 kit, for 1200 it seems like a good deal, I couldn't fine a price for their full race kit! DEFINITELY going on my ex!

 

Well good luck and if you could tell me how well it does please.Im planning on buying a 400ex and i thought the 440 kit was a good deal,so i plan on getting it when I get my 400.So if you could post the results.Thanks

I've got the full race CT440 and last year it was @$2400. The difference is a 39FCR carb, [same as the YZ400] complete valve job, hard faced rockers and modified piston. Much of the $$ is for the increased labor for the valves and rockers. You may also want to look at Curtis Sparks. They have a stroker 465 and soon to be 480. I am having them do my engine this fall. And another thing in my april2000 issue of 4 wheel atvaction they said the full race is $2450.Not to bad.
