whats wrong with my plug?

Default whats wrong with my plug?

i just installed a hmf slip on pipe,170mj, new plug, no air box lid, and stock filter. why is there so much carbon on the plug. i have a pic. thanks

ive ridden on the new plug fo r 30 min tops.

Usually carbon buildup means you're running rich in your jetting.
Did you adjust your needle after you put the pipe on? When you ride it, does power seem to miss anywhere? Idle/Low? Midrange, Top End?

ur runnin rich...u can go down on the main jet a couple sizes or u can try dropping the needle and see what happens.

how do i do that and how will that help my problem. if im rich doesnt that mean that there would be moisture on the plug?
