Did you try a new sparkplug?

Make sure the wire coming from the kill switch isn't grounded.

Check for voltage on the primary wire to the coil while cranking.

Battery dead or disconnected? Bad ground point for battery?

Just wondering if you found out what was wrong? I'm having the same problem with my 250ex. Ran great last night, then all of a sudden no spark. The plug sparks in my Recon, so I know it's not the plug.
