to answer your last question,i would think 185 -195 is getting pretty high for 94.my opinion .....but you know everyone has one.thats why i liked 188 on mine ,i felt it was right on the edge for the less expensive fuel. OK WHOS GOING TO DEBATE THIS NOW?

Why no lead?

I run 110 leaded in my Zilla. Lead lubricates.

How much reliability are you sacrificing running that gasket?

I had my hands on one at the m/c shop. It was a Versha brand gasket,$15.00 real thin.

That may be my next mod if my boys ever modify their Raptors or Z-400's

your right ,it does lubricate ......VALVES. they used it in older motors to lubricate the valve seats before they came out with hardened valve seats, which deemed the fuel unneccessary. pollution also had effect also.im not saying that lead will hurt a 2 stroke motor,im saying it doesnt need it.thats what the premix is for.once again...my opinion

you can also seperate the 3 piece trx gasket and get two gaskets out of it.i believe i measured it and it was still thicker than the cr gasket after seperated.

You are absolutely correct, lubricates valves. I happen to have a gas station across the street with leaded 110 at the pump. lucky me. 3.75 gal.
