Honda 650R coming soon
#71
And btw....the 650r deal has been talked about since the Raptor came out and Honda still hasn't come up with it. Seem's like Honda is afraid of dropping the ball again. Either way I hope Honda comes out with something worth having soon in the sport quad field. They have some of the toughest utility's made, but they lack in the sport quad field.

.. Don't get yer feather ruffled, Red. The man just said that he was waiting for an *** kickin'. I was just pointing out the edge that the YFZ has over the R out in the real world. Count to 10 and relax.....

Due to the fact that you don't own either machine, maybe you should find something else to post about. The difference isn't as big as you'd like to make it. Go get yourself a Yamaha and come look me up......

Yesterday, my co-worker brought her son's to the office. They got into an argument over which is faster; a Ferrari or a Lamborghini. They turned to me for resolution. I thought for a second and responded, "They are both alot faster than your Mom's Suburban". Does that make any sense guys?
Too many people worry about "what is the consensus Best or Fastest quad". Those assumptions are based on bone stock quads, the only stock quads I have seen in the last 18 years were on the showroom floor. Everybody mods their quad. If any of the mags were to compare my old 440ex to my new 450R or a stock YFZ they would declare the later 2 pigs.
Until I see a YFZ in the winners circle at every MX, Cross country, Hare Scramble, TT and Desert event, I will have to believe that it is quality and quanity of aftermarket components used, proper set-up and rider skill that determines what the best bike is. A pedestrian Z400 has been taking names on the GNC circuit, does that mean I should go to the local Suzuki dealer and buy one?? "Win on Sunday, sell on Monday". Hell if I didn't like it I could just throw it in reverse and take it back.
