Default Honda 650R coming soon

I would be willing to bet Doug Gust would beat just about anyone on just about anything. To say he's beating everyone because of his suspension is retarded. He is one of the best riders of all time and can make any quad look fast. I have looked at the TT results, I race the Production A class at the TT nationals and am currently in 10th place in points. There is only one or two YFZ's that have the speed to win... no LTZ's either. I have about 8gs into my 450r while everyone else has 28!

go to www.pismobeachrace.com there's going to be a charity endurance race october 23. im gonna be racing the 4 stroke C 16-24 class since it'll be my first race.
iceracer: what i meant by gust beating everybody cuz of his suspension is that he doesn't get tired like everybody else does. i have to agree with you, he can make even a 250ex seem fast. i know that even with the best equipment, that isn't gonna make u win, there's lots of skill involved. that's awesome that ur doin so well with racing, best of luck. what mods do u have as far as engine is concerned? i'm lookin for a good pipe for my 450r, something that will give me a lot of top speed and acceleration.

cro biker: I have a Rossier pipe, and a HRC kit... that's it! I love the pipe, installs in about 5 mins and really wakes up the motor compared to the stock one, even with the HRC end cap. The pipe is also pretty cheap retailing at about $450. I've also talked to some racers who say they can't tell the difference between the Sparks pipe and the Rossier. Thats pretty good considering the Rossier is 96db and spark arrested.

nice. i've heard of rossier, but i don't know ne thing about them. i have a home-made version of the HRC kit, a re-jet, no airbox lid, and i took the baffling out and jus put the stock end cap back on. when they start selling the HRC stuff seperately, imma get the spark arrested end-cap and the cam. unless i have a new pipe by then, if so i'll jus get the cam

Don't sell the HRC kit short... it comes with important things... especially the needle... I've heard its very important. Other little things too. Top pro Joe Byrd is running the rossier pipe and is very happy with it.

the needle is probly important cuz of the cam, my bike is running awesome, and the jettin seems to be right on. the uni air filter and pre-filter also help things. i haven't had ne problems with sand gettin in the airbox, and since nobody checks for spark arestors at the dunes i don't get in trouble for that. mainly i don't wanna spend the money on the cam jus yet. and i couldn't justify spendin all that money for the whole kit when all i need is the end cap and cam.
