I just got a 400ex a couple days ago, and im already thinking about adding some upgrades. What kinds of exhausts should i look at? I like em really loud. What can i do to add some extra horsepower without boring it out. Thanks Jerry

 

Pro curcuit T-4, FMF powercore IV, I think the loudest in the big gun exhaust. k&N air filter, different cam (hot cams stage 1) umm theres ignition modules different sprokets.

I can't think of any otheres. but the two exausts i mention are just ones i've been told are good my quad is still stock.

 

call some of the builders sparks powroll and a few others that should start you in the right direction.

 

also try a white bros e-series, there loud enough to **** people off

Id go with CT racing exhaust or HMF buy a Hot Cam, valve springs , and gearing and that should do some good

 

I suggest a complete LRD Pro 4 system, and rejet it correctly. It really opens the 400ex up and the sound is LOUD, but reeally nice sounding.

 

i would just recommend riding it stock until you get used to it and actually NEED more power.
