rancher 350 4x4 VS foreman 450s
the extra cost of the larger tire and wheel kit was 550 extra and the dealer kept my original wheels and tires. I personally think you are probably smart to stay with the stock units. i bet the machine handles a lot better than mine with the large lug tires.. as for the armor kit, you could easily make one. goes on with just three bolts, one at the rear and two under the engine where the stock pan mounted. the front is long enough to where it just catches under the front bumper..you can go to LaRamps and check out the photos and see how easy it would be to make..save your self another 300 bucks or so..i will let you know how the jet kit goes when i get it back from the dealer and install it..take care.

Picked up my Foreman from the dealer finally today..Had to get tricky to get it back. Details in my thread called Warranty Blues on here. Any way all they did in eight days was to replace the boot and not the joint.. I will ride it again this weekend hopefully and see if it stays together. I also ordered a power kit for it..A new pipe, k&n air filter and jet kit..suppose to raise the power about 20%. Will let you know how that works out as well when it comes in..Ride Safe and have a Blast!
