Just bought a used 04 Rincon, unfortunately the Owners manual with it is French. I'm heading out for 6 days and sure would like to know how to operate the GPS. I couldn't find any site with instructions so PLEASE help. If you know of a site, or can scan the GPS related pages (in english) and email me I sure would appreciate it!! THANKS! or any other way of getting the info would be much appreciated!

Got the manual right now. The part you are looking for is about 20 pages. wish i could help out, just trying to learn myself. Try the honda website for a phone # and call them and explain the dilema, they should email, fax or mail you what you want. Good Luck!

 

If there is one or two pages that just describe setting and recalling way points that would be great for now....don't need to manually set long/lat points at this time..... any brief describtion would be appreciated..THANKS!!

 

use the "mode" button to toggle to gps mode, there are 100 waypoint saving locations available, use "+" or "-" sign to choose which number you want to start with, hold down "WP" button till numbers start flashing and then let go and hit it again to save this will program your current location. note: arrow direction symbol on top right will not be displayed till you are moving
