not true tjmax i have a 230 that beat a slightly moded blaster a 300ex and an older 250ex

 

what kind of 250ex do u have,if its an older one than its faster than the newer 1

learn the shifting tricks to get off the line faster and rev your gears out my friend has a megamax2 pipe on his and he keeps right up to my 250x and my 250x is faster then blasters by a long shot

 

u could start by buying a real quad lol u could bore it over,put on a racing carb new exhaust,diff gearing, or just simply beat up the person riding the blaster so u could win lol

 

if mu have the money t do all that but i would get a diff bike mi freand has a 250ex and mi 300ex smokes him in 3rd grear the stock bore on the 250ex is only a 229cc bore so its a 230.

I wonder what you'd have to pay to change the gearing on a 250ex? I bet you would have to split the cases.

 

Race em where you know you'll have an advantage man...like on gravel or something. I used to beat blasters on our 250X all
the time simply because they don't know how to control their wheel spin in a race.
