How Fast Is Your 440 EX?
My top speed on my 440 Trinity according to my friend's GPS is 65 MPH with 15/36 gearing. His YFZ with intake mods topped out at 73 MPH. I was pretty disappointed with the top speed, however when I hit Comp Hill at Dumont the disappointment is over. My 440 will beat piped raptors, hang with piped 650's, and beat piped 500's.

Well when you all can say a u are impressed with a raptor other then power, then you can talk.
- as for the question, in comparison my 440 will pull a STOCK raptor except for top end. It has loads of torque, it doesn't top out fast (about 70) because I have it set up for low-midrange power for trails and mx. I am very pleased with my ex now.

just because a bike has a 440 doesn't mean it is quick. in fact it is really really easy to get a higher compression stock bore 400ex to smoke a 440ex. the piston itself does very little. especially when you have the wisecos because the compression ratios are way off. a 440 needs a good pipe, proper jetting, correct fuel, a good cam, and proper gearing for your style of riding.
