what parts sare compatable, i see aftermarket suspension companies make 250ex products, but no recon stuff, what about pipes and filters? I see alot of high performance pipes for the250ex that i want on my recon.

 

most companies dont make performance parts for utility atvs because there is no need, nobody is going to race a utility wheeler, so why waiste money making performance parts for them. sorry to say, but ur not going to find many aftermarket parts for ur recon

 

Suspension systems are compatible. Most performance parts for the motor my shop says won't work, but you can get a k&n power kit made for the recon. There are a few companies that make pipes for the recon, but if you're going to put one for an ex onto the recon you'll have to replace the recon headpipe with an ex headpipe.
