450r frame finally in (about time)

i posted a message a few months ago about braking my 450r frame. Well i got the call 2 days ago that the frame is finally in. it only took 70 days to get the frame and get the machine back together. i am very disappointed in how my dealer and how honda handled the situation. oh well i got a new frame for free but it forced me to run a Polaris Predator for the last few races of the mx season. My machine was down for over 2 months and the dealer and honda don't really care. every brand of machine is going to have problems espially on mx. i am not mad about the qualty of the machine as i am the urgency of them to fix the problem. i have seen yfz, predators, z400 all having frame problems some worse than others. last year i ran a predator the entire season and that frame broke every where. When it broke we got it gusseted and welled and it never broke in the same spot again. The predator frame broke in 4 places on each side. The 450r hondas are braking just as much from the guys, that i talk to at the track. all of them already have a few welds on them. Walsh racing makes a gusset kit for the 450r a # of local racers are talking about trying the kit. Has any one tried this kit? I talked to few guys who have had high compression pistons or big bore kits put in who have been cracking or braking the side of their cases around the kick starter. I am wondering if this is a consistant problem. if it is i will be looking for 450 dirt bike engine. A few experts are running 450 dirt bike engines with 500cc big bore w/ high comp pistons and they have never had a problem with their cases. thanks you for any responses.
