I plan on getting a new(different) quad in mid November. HEre are my Requirements and my body specs
Im 5'6 and 150 pounds an almost 14
I plan to beat the shiza out of this quad
I am going to ride it at least 300 days a year
I want it to be fast
I want it to be a shLt load of fun

One of the 400's. The EX if you do a lot of tight trail riding, Z if you ride more open trails and/or wide open country.

I def. recommend the 400ex. i have one and man is this quad fun. with the mods i have its dam fast. i run with my buddy's stock yfz450 up until mid 5th gear. Good luck

 

yep, 400ex, my old 01 trailblazer 250 was good, but the rear frame snapped

 

400ex it's a honda so you know it can take a beating. Also they are a lot of fun, there are a ton of mods for it so you can make it fast as hell, and it nice to ride in trails and wheelie on.

 

if you can find one a 250r is a great bike but if you dont wont a 2 stroke find a 250x that is bored pipped and has aproformance carb on it I have one and its a great machine but if you are looking for a newer machine get a 400ex or a z400 but be careful because they have more power than you think.

check out the z400 if your into some trails because of the fact that it has reverse, i know that the 2005 400ex comes with reverse now but i would still opt for the z400 IMO, plus you can get a nice used z for a good price
