I just finished jetting my Eiger and have some jets left over. I saw on Honda's website that the '04 Foreman is also a 32mm carb. Can anyone tell me who makes it and what the stock main jet is? If it matches, I can use the parts to help out a friend I ride with.

Go to the homepage of this forum and at the top of the page you have your sponsors. Ronnies is one of them. Click on Ronnies and then click on the microfiche and then honda. It will ask you to choose a year and then your model, which of course will be the trx450fm or whatever you have. Then scroll down to carburetor and it will give you an exploded view. Move your cursor to the bottom of the page and scroll down to find the parts listed. IT also tells you the stock jet sizes. The carb should be a Kiehen Carb I do believe. I dont remember the jet number. IF you have any trouble I will be glad to look it up for you.

 

I went ahead and looked it up for you. The main jet is a #130 stock. The slow jet is a #45. IF you are running a stock exhaust this should be the ticket. IF you are running a performance exhaust You may want to step it up a notch on the main jet. Good luck.
