I got my new 2004 recon 2 weeks ago. Took it for a day of riding the first weekend and all was fine. Changed the oil the next day with the honda oil. Just went for a ride yesterday and noticed the idle was slowly getting higher and higher then seemed to level out. Is this because it is breaking in and starting to loosen up a bit?

 

UMMMMM Hello? Anybody else ever experiance this? This is my first ATV.

 

yah i had a recon and it did this dont worry bout it will go away in bout 2 weeks when yur oil gets dirtier

 

Ok thanks! I never had any kind of motor do that before. Just found it a bit strange.
