Power differance between 300ex and 400ex

Even with the mods on my 300ex, would the 400 still be a huge differance and worth the money?

yeah Ex rider i think its worth it, because if you dont intend to mod the 400, then mod your 300, it wont be worth it, BUT, if your going to slightly mod the 400 its 100%worth it. good luck.
