needle in a haystack

I'm having problems figuring out how to get to the needle in my carburetor, on my 450r,
I need to make an adjustment to the clip and can't seem to figure out how.

You have to take the top of the carb off and take the likage loose from the slidethe needle is in the top of the slide. Never had the 450r carb apart but thats how it is on my 400ex and my yfz.
