Well, all the controversy around this new 250EX is disturbing. One side is very disappointed that Honda didn't come out with a 650 and may feel insulted in a way because of what Honda has offered instead. The other side is disgusted with anyone who complains about the 250EX. I don't think anyone would be complaining about the 250EX if it had been announced along with a 650EX. I'm sure that the 250EX will be a great ATV in its' own right. And it may even help get some new people into the sport. On the other side, there is a group of riders that don't want to wait another year or more for a 650EX. At my age, I don't feel like I have that many years left to ride a high performance quad- like it's meant to be ridden.

I wish that Honda would just let us know whether or not they are going to make a 650EX. As for me, it's probably too late; I'll buy a Raptor or Cannondale next spring.
