Warn 424 when to engage
I got my 424 installed today..
I picked it up at 5:30 and have not really checked it out.
The guy at the shop told me to engage when sitting still.
I read on a few sites do it when both wheels moving at about 3mph.
I once read don't do when wheels are spinning.
When the lever is pulled OUT means its in 2 wheel?
Fill me in on the do's and dont's.

You will love the 424,makes your atv feel like a totally different machine.Just one thing to do is don't engage it when your front wheels are turning faster or slower than your rear wheels. There is no problem enaging it at higher speeds like in thrid or fourth gear,I usually just let off on the gas to engage it and your good to go.The only problem I had so far was the release button freezing on me not letting it get into 4x4 when I was plowing.Good thing for the disposable lighters.

I agree with Framer:
As a matter of fact, my wolverine usually has to be rolling to go from 4x4 to 2x4. It will shift on the fly with no problems. Just don't try to engage or disengage while you are spinning the rear tires or while under hard acceleration for that matter.
