Just wanted to know what exhaust you guys recommend for the rancher 400at, between the following;

-fmf megamax 2
-fmf powerline
-pro circuit t-4
-super trapp IDS 2
-hmf utility series
-hmf eco series

i use my quad mostly for hunting and trail riding? i posted something like this similar in the mods section a couple days ago but no responce. i thought i post it in this forum due to more traffic. Also, what jet kit and air filter would you recommend with exhaust?

 

HMF IS THE BEST OUT THERE THE ECO IS QUITER THE UNTILITY

 

i just put an hmf utility with quiet core on my rancher 350, and it's not really that loud. It's almost deafening without the quiet core, but with the core in, it's not bad. I ride in remote areas most the time anyways, so noise isnt really a big deal for me. The pipe is made quite well, the casing is very thick and says made in usa right on the box, so it's really hard to go wrong with hmf. If you ride in sound sensitive areas get the Ecosystem, it doesnt have quite the power gain, but it is quiet and 100% legal for just about anywhere.
