I had a friend who once promised his 13 year old son that when he turned 14 he would buy him a shotgun. As promised on the son's 14th birthday he presented him with a new shot gun and said "Happy birthday son, when your 18 you can have shells".

Feel lucky for what you have. Congrats on the grades. I hope you keep them up.

 

My parents would never give me a 400ex if i got all A's on my report card. I have to earn my own money for the toys ( anyway I feel like I accomplished something that way then just having things given to me). I find many ways to get the money for my toys (Job....sell stuff over ebay).
