i call em quads..quad sounds so much better, i hate saying four-wheeler, i only say it when ppl dont know what i mean when i say quad tho

 

It's quads up here in Alberta Canada.

 

Here in North Eastern Ohio, we call them machines, four-wheelers, or quads. But I belive the term that I here most often is TOYS...

 

i call them quads, 4 wheelers, and sometimes atv's. i like quads the best tho. its the most distinguishing IMO. i moved from CA to AR. most ppl here call them 4 wheelers but CA ppl call them quads. suzuki invented the term quad...well maybe i should use a different word than invented... uses/ used... there we go. ive even heard someone in CA say,"hey, im going quading this weekend" i thought that was kinda weird. sometimes i just say im going riding. oh wells. four wheeler or quad. i like quad but most ppl here dont say that so its kinda weird.

 

Here up in Nor Cal its Quads but if someone dont know ill say atving and if im going wheeling it means out in my truck or mudding i say cuz not a whole lot of ppl have Quads in Nor Cal but lots of places to ride [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

say you call your friend up. "hey wanna go ATVing?" or "Hey wanna go Quading?" or "Hey wanna go 4 wheeling?" to me the last one sounds a little better.

 

No, here its, "Hey man, let's go Riding."

We call em quads or (eeek) bikes.
