TRX 200 SX Chain & Sprockets

What do you mean adjusters sorted out?? They are all under control.
I still can't figure out what's up with the brakes, I've tried everything to get them working. I'd probably have to take it to a dealer to get fixed because we can't fix them and we aren't taking it in to a dealer anymore...too expensive(but I can understand). Where the sprocket sits on the counter shaft the little things that stick out are brocken off so when the dealer put a new sprocket on they welded it on instead of getting a new countershaft...how dumb.

How is that little shaft gonna cost me??....I heard it's like $200max. The sprocket sits on there fine...it's just where that little ring clip sits...and the little teeth or whatever chipped off so the sprocket could slide back and forth on the shaft. So they just welded it on.
My quad is pretty bad in some spots...I think the guy who had it before me didn't take care of it.

well its been a long time since I looked at an sx,but if anything is broken off that shaft it needs to be replace. The sprocket could slide back and then it would throw the chain and knock a hole in the casing like mine did. You've got to split the cases to replace that shaft.$200 plus labor.
