I dont remember asking if the quad would get scratched or beat up! I simply asked owners of the black plastic to respond on how that color holds up (thanks to you that did respond to my post). I have been riding for years in the Nevada desert so I am not worried about scratches or having a showroom quality machine, but I dont want a color that is going to look ten years old after one month of riding.

I have decided to go with black, because I think it looks good. I will be picking it up on Wednesday. $6399.00 out the door.

Hey,
Mine is holding up great........the black looks faded after any desert run.......after washing it, it looks great again. I do think the scratches show up more on the black plastics. I would still buy a black one again though....no doubt.

Take a look at some of these replies and see how they are worded. It's pretty easy to figure out what he means by his post.

I laughed my butt off when I read his reply. I was thinking the same thing after reading the reply prior to his.
