I have a 400 ex that is leaking oil around the drain plug at the bottom of the oil tank......I checked the the plug and it is plenty tight, so I guess it most likely needs a new plug or even that rubber bushing on the bottom of the tank. Anyone had this same problem

 

go to your hardware store and grab a o-ring the size of the bolt and stick it on their and put loctite on the bolt that should stop the leak unless theirs a crack around the drain plug somewhere
