Just called them, drum roll please............................. 1,678 with a 250 deductable. HA!!!!!!! WHat is wrong with these people, I asked if that inclued the medical that I wa talkin about before and she said just comp colision and liability. What a joke. These people are crazy. You must have to be 30 years old rideing a 300cc 4x4 utility un order to get anything below 500 a year. SOme of these other figurse are lookin pretty good now.

My truck cost $22,500 and I don’t even pay close to $1,678 for full coverage on it, including medical.

I covered the medical thing in my previous post regarding State Farm. That is something I am in need of at least temporarily until my regular health insurance kicks in. It is $24 a year with a max pay-out of $5000 (not much but better than nothing). What is the max pay-out from Jefferson? Have you called State Farm yet? I think I’m just going to go with State Farm. I already have my auto insurance with them and I need to get some for both my quad and dirt bike so might as well keep it all in one place. Less hassle and it doesn’t look like to bad a price.

Ya, I dont know where they are coming up with these figures. I am going to go with Jefferson. I am not sure what their Max is. I might just go ahead and get the comp and colision because my medical just did kick in at work. So that will lower it down to around 270 a year with a 250 deduct. I am willing to pay a little bit extra for a company that I know will be easy to work with if I ever have to use them. But I still have to give State Farm a chance. I will let you know what my finnal decision will be.

OK I called the 1-888-755-4ATV number (Bikeline?). They gave me a quote of $180 a year for each of my 400EX's for collision/comp insurance with $250 deductible (25/50/15). This was the normal rate I've seen from other companies. Then I called Geico (where I have both my cycles insured) at 1-888-395-1200. I got the same annual insurance for $82 each. I'd suggest calling around... age, model of quad, # of quads, etc makes a difference.
