I have no clue what is wrong with it it wont start and the pull start when i go to pull it it is real tight and wont pull know mater how hard i pull
open to all sugestions need help asap

 

Maybe the engine is locked up??

 

Please post some more info.
Like has it sat a long time?
Did it run ok last time to had it out?
What year model is it?
How many miles are on it?
What happens when you try to start it?
Will it even try to turn over?
Does the starter even try to engage?

I have no idea what your ability level is so don't take offense.

Are you certain that it's in neutral when you try to pull start it?
The starter won't engage if the machine doesn't recognize it's in neutral.
