Particularly for the Honda Rancher TRX350TE.I've been looking hard for a service manual .All I can find only goes up to 2003 models .Was wondering if the 2004 Honda Rancher TRX350TE is just a small section in advertised manuals or is enough information for trouble shooting .It seems any book that I have ran across just touches base with the TRX350TE.I looked at one at a dealers parts counter but its the same one online for half the price.

I guess what i'm really asking is do they wait 1-2 years before releasing a good manual,or do i have to buy a book with three other bikes in it.

I bought the Honda manual for the new 500 Foreman from the phone number in the owner's manual, and it is very complete and specific to the Foreman. Assuming the one for the Rancher is similar, I think they are worth it.

 

well I have a TRX350FM, (4x4, foot shift) and I bought the honda manual for my machine and it has info for all 4 models, TM, TE, FM and FE. It has a decent amount of info on how to service something, but it doesnt seem to have many diagrams explaining where stuff actually is on the bike. Oh well. At least it's something

 

Ive noticed that about the factory manuals too...I think they assume, you know where the parts are. The clymer manuals are much better for those of us, who dont work on them every day. Things are broken out in steps, and there are lots of pictures.

 

I agree with the clymer book , ijust put a cam chain in my 95 forman peice of cake with that book

All of the Rancer 350s are the same, the 2001 manual is the same as the 2004.

 

You are saying that they don't make a manual athat specifically says for the "04" rancher?? I have been looking for the clymer as well and have only come across the 2000-2003.

I figured they were the same outside of the plastic.
