Had the same problem with RMATV...Ordered some tires and rims for my banshee. First I got the right tires/WRONG rims. Then I got the WRONG Tires/right rims and on the third try they finally got it right. My single biggest complaint was that I either had to wait for UPS to pick them up and return them before shipping out another set OR charge another set of tires to my account. So I opted charge another set AND another set totalling three sets to my Visa. My feeling is it is a very bad practice to have since it was thier screw up.

On the flip side I have ordered many other products such as grips, etc...and never had a similar problem.

 

I had trouble with Factory Racing too. I ordered a Wiseco piston and gasket set from them- got the piston right away but the gasket set was on back order for over two months!

 

I have ordered many parts, and chemicals from them. The parts ALWAYS come in under the time. They are very competent usually. I would give em a call and tell em about your predicament.

 

Used Rocky Mountain twice, in both cases the items (tires) were received in less than a week. No issues.

 

We've ordered helmets, and boot socks from them, and got everything before, or when we were supposed to. Great prices, too!

 

I couldnt even get them to get me the catalog, ordered it 2 times, and rechecked to make sure I put in address correctly.
