what does the plug look like, any wear, discoloration things like that?
have u changed anything that would affect the engine[jetting, altitude, exhuast or intake mods]
Are you gapping your plugs correctly, get a gaping tool and see if your gap is set to the rite size?
are you sure that you are getting the rite plug. the only plugs i keep in my 400 are NGK plugs im not sure of the code on it tho
hope this helps, if you ave any other questions you can PM me, i have a real softspot for broken ex's.

well i had the baffel cut out and ran it without the airbox lid for awhile then i relized it probably wasent to good for the motor so i have the baffel exaust tip on and airbox lid back on so that cant be the problam and other then that i dunt have anything done to it...it was wet when i took it out probably because i was trying to start it for awhile before i checked the plug and found out it wasent sparking right...and i am running the normal ngk plug that is told in the manual and do you have to check the gap or is it gapped correctly when u buy it...?
