Hi guy's, i'm new to the sport and i'm just about ready to buy a new ATV, but i can't decide on the colour. I was sold on red until this sweet looking black rincon showed up at my dealer. My question is how's the black for showing scratches??? Also it doesn't have the GPS
and the red one does, is the GPS a nice option or is it no big deal? Thanks for your help.

 

It hides scratches fairly well actually, but is quick to fade. All plastics will eventually, but some more than others. The way I look at it is, if you are looking to keep it clean, maybe a quad's not for you. Think of the scratches as battle scars[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I would get the black one and dont get the GPS!Instead go and get a garmin handheld GPS that way if the Quad ever dies for some reason (not likley its a HONDA LOL)you can find your way home!

 

I have a black one. I thought it was nicer. The red is nice too but a common colour. I added Mud Lite tires and aluminun rims and it looks pretty sweet. It does show the scrathes but that is what it is for. As for the GPS, even the dealer told me not to get it. For the same price you can get a handheld one and use anywhere not just on the bike. You can mount the handheld ones on your handlebar if you buy an adaptor. Around $15. Good choice though, I love my Rincon.

 

Geez guy's i hate to say this on a Honda forum, but i cancelled on the rincon totally, and bought a Kingquad instead. I thought i had the deal all wrapped up but my local dealer wouldn't match a out of town price so i bailed. I still think Honda makes the best quad as of now, and i'll report on how the King hold up to my standards, but right now i think it's a sweet ATV.
